Registration with the SEC does not imply a certain level of skill or training, nor does it constitute an endorsement by any regulatory authority.
Noesis B.V. (“Noesis B.V.”) is an investment adviser located in the Netherlands, licensed and regulated by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (Autoriteit Financiële Markten, or AFM). It operates under the regulatory framework of the European Union and the Netherlands.
While Noesis U.S. and Noesis B.V. maintain operational independence and provide investment advisory services separately within their respective jurisdictions, the firms share certain management personnel and investment analysts. However, each entity maintains its own dedicated advisory and compliance teams, and advisory services are not shared across firms.
