Shihfang first worked with Noesis in 2004 as an IT consultant, developing a customized CRM system and trading platform to bridge the front-end data collection and the back-office operation. She later joined full time as an equity analyst and portfolio manager and, since 2014, has assumed the role of relationship manager, mostly serving the firm’s Taiwanese clients.
