Willem began his career at Robeco in 1978 and later became Head of Research at Van Meer James Capel. He went on to found the Orange Fund, the first listed small-cap fund in the Netherlands, and the Add Value Fund, which focused on small- and mid-cap funds. He joined Noesis B.V. in 2023, advising on portfolio management and investment policy.
